Asalamu Alaikum and thank you for your interest in Huda School. Huda School is pleased to announce that for the 2020-2021 school year, we will be implementing new online-only registration and tuition payment systems. Our online registration is hosted through a program called Synergy, and our tuition and extended care payment program is hosted through a program called EZ Care.
All returning parents must reregister through the ParentVUE portal in Synergy. Please click on the "Returning Parent Registration" button in the sidebar.
To begin the online registration process as a new parent, please click on the "New Parent Registration" button in the sidebar. You will then be taken to the Online Registration Login Screen for Synergy. Please click on the "More Options" button" to the lower right of the login fields. You will then see the "Create New Account" option. Please click on this option and start the process of setting up your Synergy account. Keep your login credentials for Synergy in a safe place, as Synergy also hosts our ParentVUE portal. (The ParentVUE portal is the parent portal for Huda School.) Prospective parents on waiting lists will be given available spots on a rolling basis.
When you arrive at the online registration welcome page, please click on the red text to view our instructional video for completing the application.
A non-refundable $500 deposit per student, payable through EZ Care, is mandatory for registration to be complete. No in-person document sumbissions/payments will be accepted. New Parents must contact Administration in order to be registered with EZ Care prior to being able to register/complete payment. Please provide the name of your child and the names, telephone numbers, and email addresses of BOTH parents in order to be registered with EZ Care. Once Administration has completed your registration, you will be able to complete the EZ Care setup process and submit your registration payment.
Instructions and links to access the EZ Care payment portal can also be found towards the end of the Synergy application. Please remember to return to your Synergy application and provide your EZ Care Unique Receipt Number to confirm payment has been completed and then submit your Huda School Registration for review.
Preschool & Kindergarten: Testing is arranged individually on a day separate from the child’s visiting day.
1st Grade – 5th Grade: Testing is administered during child’s visit or on another scheduled date.
6th Grade – 8th Grade: Testing is administered during child’s visit or on another scheduled date.
Appointments for visits should be made by calling the office.
TRANSCRIPTS & RECOMMENDATIONS:
Preschool & Kindergarten: No transcript is required; however, if available, please provide.
1st Grade – 8th Grade: A transcript which includes official grades and standardized testing results is required from the applicant’s previous or current school. Previous teachers’ recommendations will be requested.
All new middle students are accepted on a preliminary basis, pending a meeting with Administration and the release of records from a previous school.
Completion of online registration only constitutes a portion of the admissions process. All decisions regarding admission are made at the sole discretion of Huda School. Enrollment is contingent upon final application approval by Huda School Administration. Once your application has been submitted, Huda School Administration will inform you via e-mail concerning the admission status.
